We are delighted to share that we are offering an in-person newborn care course. Our aim is to provide you with essential information and skills to take care of your little one.
The course is designed to be hands-on and interactive. We have extensive experience working with newborns and will be available to answer any questions and provide guidance throughout the course. The course content covers a wide range of topics such as feeding techniques, diapering, soothing techniques, baby development, sleep advice, and more. You will have the opportunity to practice the techniques and skills during the course, and leave feeling more confident in your abilities as a new parent.

Our Newborn Care Course is run once a month at Spital Zollikerberg from 9:00 until 16:30 with a one hour lunch break.

That’s why we’ve created our interactive Newborn Care Class, a comprehensive course that teaches expecting parents all about feeding their baby, breastfeeding, newborn care, and newborn sleep.
This class is taught by experienced and certified maternity practitioners who have a wealth of knowledge and experience in newborn care. Our class provides hands-on instruction, interactive discussions, and plenty of opportunities for questions and answers.

- Coming home from the hospital and your postpartum recovery
- Understanding your baby’s feeding cues
- Tips for successful breast-feeding
- How to bottle feed and choose the right formula
- Essential newborn care including bathing, diapering, and umbilical cord care
- Understanding your baby’s sleep patterns and how to get better sleep with your newborn
